Okay....3.8lbs lost!! I had hoped for more but it is better than no pounds:-) I have been praying and really trying so I guess I did something right. I hope that this will continue, if I do 3 to 4 lbs a week I will be on track. Weight Watchers works, it teaches you how to eat and be able to eat anything that you want. Diets like no carbs never work long term for me, because as soon as they say I can have bread I gain it right back....this way I get to eat whatever, whenever. I even had a margarita tonight for celebration:-) 3 Points!!!! Things are looking up!!!
